Cook pancakes


For a breakfast or brunch kick-off, whip up a batter then cook pancakes following these tips.
Tip 1:
For even-sized pancakes, use a measuring cup to drop two to three 1/4 cupfuls of batter into the pan.

Tip 2:
Work in small batches to allow room for spreading. Cook the pancakes until bubbles appear on the surface.

Tip 3:
Turn and cook until golden. They're mostly cooked on the first side and just need a minute on the second side.
