Satay sauce


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
  • 165ml can coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons kecap manis
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Method

    1. Place peanut butter, chilli, coconut cream, kecap manis and lime juice in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes or until combined.

    Notes

    • Serve with chicken skewers, steamed vegetables or hard-boiled eggs.

      Makes

      1 1/2 cups
